Deep Learning for Credit Card Fraud Detection

Comparing supervised, unsupervised, and hybrid models on the ULB dataset — with drift analysis and SHAP interpretability.

Machine Learning for Diabetes Risk Prediction

Coursework for WM9QG (Fundamentals of AI & Data Mining) at Warwick. Two objectives: classify individual diabetes risk with Logistic Regression and Random Forest, and segment the CDC BRFSS 2015 population (253,680 respondents) into health profiles via K-means clustering. Final LR achieves ROC-AUC 0.818 and at-risk recall 0.761; SHAP confirms GenHlth, Age, and BMI as dominant drivers.
